Shadman Rahman is currently pursuing a Masters in Public Policy at Harvard University Kennedy School of Government. He has previously worked as a Senior Research Associate at Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) Bangladesh, where he worked on a portfolio of research projects, including improving the livelihoods of Rohingya refugees and increasing mask-wearing during the COVID-19 pandemic. He has also consulted for the World Bank and the Harvard Evidence for Policy Design (EPod). 

Previously, he worked at the Advisory Board Company in Washington DC, where he analyzed survey data to help improve operations within healthcare organizations. Shadman received his BA from Williams College in 2016 majoring in Economics and Mathematics.
