Sirazum Munira

Field Officer

Sirazum Munira is a Field Supervisor at the Evaluation and Consulting Services (ECONS) Ltd. She graduated from the Eden Mohila College of National University with a Bachelor of Social Science Department of Economics. She specializes in convincing people for sensitive data collection. Observations of the data collection technics and help the enumerators, develop survey instruments and pre-testing the instrument.
 

Skills and attributes:

The data collection supervisor should have the following skills and attributes:

• Ability to work with teams and motivate people 
• Be well organized and efficient in planning ECONS activities 
• Able to mobilize multiple teams over a short period to complete data collection 
• Experienced in population-based surveys 
• Good understanding of the philosophy and objectives of the ECONS risk factor  surveillance process
